I knew that I was ready to make major changes in my life. I was over-weight, unfit, and generally unhappy about having allowed myself to get that way. I have been attending DDMAF for 1 year and 3 months. What I like most about DDMAF is that I never get bored. Progress has been very good for my son since he started DDMAA back in August 2007. Alex has proved that he can follow directions listen better and is achieving his goals. Since he has been training in the Martial Arts @ DDMAA Alex's school work has improved where he is one of the top students @ Rainbow Academy . Alex is looking forwarded to earning his yellow belt in Future Kids. I believe that one day when he is older he will be able to earn his Black Belt ! -
